IDB investments need to produce tangible and positive results in the lives of beneficiaries and address the most important development challenges facing our 26 borrowing members in Latin America and the Caribbean. Roe (Sharf, 1992) decided intelligence and temperament were limited in development by heredity, but interests and aptitudes tended to be determined by satisfaction or frustration through how well individual needs are fulfilled during interactions with others.

Results demonstrate the strong regulatory effect of the uterus on conceptus development and the importance of synchrony for optimal pregnancy rates. The reproductive tract secretes molecules collectively known as embryokines that regulate embryonic growth and development. A unique approach to managing coyote (Canis latrans) depredation is the development of a one-time deliverable chemical sterilant.development

The use of bovine oviductal fluid supplementation during in vitro culture had a positive effect on embryo development and embryo quality. All four molecules affected embryonic development or gene expression and may therefore function in the endometrium as embryokines. In this study, supplementing culture medium with uterine-derived factors improved bovine placental cell proliferation and embryo development. Early development of the equine embryo occurs in the oviduct, and information on the composition of this oviducal environment is very valuable. Abnormal sexual development was discovered in both fetuses, which, in the female, resembles freemartinism, a phenomenon not previously reported in this species.development

Super (1990) said his theory is neither integrated, comprehensive, nor testable, but segmented, formed from a loosely unified set of theories dealing with specific aspects of career development, taken from developmental, differential, social, personality, and phenomenological psychology and held together by self-concept and learning theoryā€¯ (p. 199).

Adding to Hackett and Betz’s original work has been Lent, Brown, and Hackett’s (1994; 1996) social cognitive framework linking three aspects of career development; career interests, academic and career choice options, and performance and persistence in undertakings.development
