Some blog owners charge an editorial fee, so they would mention this if they do, and then you can decide whether or not you want to spend that amount of money to secure the guest post placement. If you don’t receive a reply from your email within 72 hours, you can always send a follow up email, and then another after an additional 72 hours. But, if it goes 9 days without a reply from 3 emails, if I were you, I would give up on that blog and start focussing on another potential blog.
